DPP promises decision by June 5th.
The DPP has promised the High Court to respond to Breatnach’s controversial 57 Article affidavit applying for a Miscarriage of Justice Certificate by June 5th. This relates to Osgur’s wrongful arrests, trials and jailings in the Sallins Case.
One article in Breatnach’s 2025 affidavit, cites a government press release in 1993 stating that he should never have been charged in the first place.
No response from the DPP was received on a variety of Case Managment hearings (Apr 17th , 24th and May 15th last.)
A full hearing of the Court of Criminal Appeal is set for this July 21st., under section 9 of the Criminal Procedure Act 1993.
